Adder Technology, a global leader in connectivity solutions and high performance IP KVM, today announced two new additions to the ADDERLink® INFINITY 1000 Series. Designed based on user feedback, the ADDERLink INFINITY 1102 (DP) transmitter and receiver, and ADDERLink INFINTY 1104 (HDMI) transmitter address key customer requirements where only single-head KVM is needed to meet demand. Delivering the exceptional high performance and power synonymous with the ADDERLink INFINITY Range, the new models enable improved flexibility choice in any IP KVM matrix.
Embracing the importance of bespoke solutions that adapt to individual preferences and technical requirements, the new models deliver a pixel-perfect, real-time desktop experience with 2K single-head video, digital and analog audio, and USB2.0 delivered over a 1GbE IP network. The introduction of the ADDERLink INFINITY 1100 (ALIF1100) models complement Adder's existing portfolio which now comprises single and dual-head options that support various connectivity types such as DVI, HDMI, and DisplayPort™ - offering customers even more flexibility to choose the right solution for their application.
In environments where space is at a premium, and minimized power consumption is critical, the ALIF1100 models deliver. The new transmitters could also lower operating costs by using up to 50% less power than its predecessor in some use case scenarios, while the compact form factor means three units can fit into one U space in the rack.
Customers working in mission-critical environments, particularly those where USB peripherals are not permitted due to safety and hygiene, can still benefit from the precision control and resiliency afforded by the ALIF1100 models. Ultra-responsive touch screen compatibility means users can control the on-screen display using a touch screen keyboard providing a convenient alternative to a physical mouse and keyboard where appropriate. Dual NIC functionality enhances resiliency and network continuity during system hardware failure while USB-C® connectivity allows seamless operation with hardware like Mac Studio™.
John Halksworth, senior product manager, at Adder, said, “We believe in putting our customers at the heart of everything we do. The new ALIF1100 models are a result of our commitment to actively listen to our customers' evolving needs. As their requirements change and technology advances, we are dedicated to designing solutions that empower them with the flexibility, performance, and accessibility they demand. The continued development of the ADDERLink INFINITY Range reflects our unwavering focus on delivering innovative products that not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations."
